Abstract :
Based on a kind of typical high-speed monohull, this paper discussed an overall optimization´s method of navigational performance and structure characteristic with the materials of some ships and some relevant experience expressions. In order to compare this method with others, the writer had also made up a software(VC++6.0). The result showed that the inequality hierarchical genetic complex method had high efficiency in solving complex engineering problem.
