Abstract :
With the rapid development of Internet, e-business has been attracted attentions of corporations and scholars, a corporation must be required to speed the rollout of new products within the shortest time to capture the market shares and meet the demand for consumers under e-business, so it is very important for corporations to select appropriate vendor. In this paper, to begin with, we analyze the influence of e-business technologies. Then, a new evaluation method of using grey multipurpose decision system is given to select appropriate vendor to create value chain under e-business. The final section of this paper, we demonstrate a case study to explain the operating procedures for the evaluation model. The study result shows that the model is effective for vendor selection under e-business and is available for creating a collaborative commerce model.
