Abstract
This paper discussed the max income of the manufacturers in GSC with monopolized supplier. Different from the past studies of regulations, we designed 3 kinds of conditions. We setup the GSC with single supplier aboard and 2 manufacturers in China. The pricing decision is made under the conditions of cooperation. We compared the incomes of the strategies which include independently pricing, jointly pricing, commission, committee, horizontal merger, horizontal shares and vertical shares. And we found 2 special kinds of pricing strategies, which are closed-door bargaining and carve up. We designed the revolution algorithm and found the stable solutions and the corresponding conditions.
