Abstract
In the traditional water planning, the models of river network and the pipe network were run separately. There weren´t any relations between them. In order to reflect each model running more actually, an ideal of the interactive mechanism of multiply models is proposed. In this work, the overall design of the interactive system between different models is presented at first, and then the key technologies from data describing, data transmitting and interactive forms are introduced in detail. Finally, the instance of the tidal river network and the pipe network confirmed that, interactive computing among different models can implement dynamically, which improves the calculation accuracy of the hydraulic models and can simulate the mutual relations correctly between them, all that comes closer to the real environments.
