  • Abstract
Based on the mechanism analysis of several kinds of fog especially disasterous fog and a multi-parameter structure information analysing tool, some research is dome in analysing a disasterous fog occored in Dec 2007 in NanJing. The analysis demonstrates that: (1). In winter, disterous fog occors mostly on the background of the stable large-scale circumfluence with given temperature and pressure field. (2). The anaphase of the fog on Dec 19 2007 in NanJing effected by cold advection is a blending course of tublence at the background of the inroad of weak cold front which is different from a warm and wet advection in traditional advection-radiation fog.
