Abstract :
Mine fire poses a serious impact on production safety of the mine and personal safety. Mine fire includes internal and external fire. Current monitoring methods can not satisfy the safe production due to their lower accuracy and validity. A new method was proposed to monitor and forecast the mine external fire in this paper. The proposed method analyzed the mine fire infrared image and several parameters such as temperature, smoke, CO, CO2, O2 etc., and finally made monitoring and forecast of the mine fire based on neural network. Experimental results show that our approach has high accuracy rate.
