Abstract :
The robustness of anti-interference UWB-OFDM (AI-UWB) system in presence of narrow-band interference or jamming is examined. We analyzed the bit error rate performance and compared the robustness. Encoded the transmitted symbols and spread the power of the symbols over all sub-bands, AI-UWB system could make full use of the frequency diversity across the sub-bands and has more robustness to the narrowband interference. Simulating results show that it has more than 5 dB interference margin in the AI-UWB system. Encoding and spreading could suppress narrow-band interference effectively.
