Abstract :
Rain attenuation is a central problem that affects the communication capability and the ratio of systematic utilization in Ka band satellite communication. Based on the analysis of rain data, the characteristics of vast territory and the disparity of rain attenuation distribution of China, optimized power control method to redistribute the power of satellite transition is presented in this paper, which will compensate the rain attenuation and will improve the ratio of systematic utilization. The simulation results show that good performance can be achieved in reducing the influence of rain attenuation on communication systems.
