Algorithm analyze and simulate of frequency allocation based on graph theory

Frequency planning is very important and hard in GSM network planning and optimizing. This article introduces the problem of frequency planning and the past research results firstly. Then propose graph theory to search better frequency planning methods. At last simulate and analyze the proposing algorithm, and compare the algorithm with the exiting GSM frequency planning method.
