Abstract :
We propose a Time-Domain Equalization (TDE) algorithm for Cyclic Prefixing - Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (CP-OFDM) signal. Because TDE is together with Interference Cancelling (IC), we call the scheme “CP-OFDM-IC-TDE”. OFDM with TDE appeared in Zero Padding - OFDM (ZP-OFDM) originally to avoid frequency-domain zero locations, and our algorithm make CP-OFDM take advantage of TDE also. Simulations show that CP-OFDM-IC-TDE receiver achieves lower bit error rate than traditional CP-OFDM receiver.
