Abstract :
Direction Of Arrival (DOA) tracking is an important section of Space Division Multiple Access (SDMA) and beam forming in smart antennas. Because of quickly moving of CDMA users, and many users operate the same frequency at one time, and there are some coherent signals which propagation in space through multi-path, general analytical approaches are difficult to handle the problem. This paper proposed a new method based Gaussian particle filter, which performance is asymptotic optimal that tend to MMSE, it demand only a few snapshots for obtaining DOA parameters, and can tracking multi-targets which be coherent or not. The simulation has been performed to indicated that the new method can be applied in facility.
