Abstract :
In signal process, the application of Wigner distribution is limited by its cross-term, a lot of method had been present in order to eliminate it. In paper, a new method to eliminate the cross-terms in Wigner Distribution is presented, which is called the Standardization of the Pseudo Quadratic Form (SPQF). This approach is based on the signal that has been decomposed by Matching pursuits algorithm. The approach has been proved in mathematics, and moreover, both the advantages and disadvantages about the method are also described.
