Abstract
This paper reports a new dynamic traffic & entertainment System, which based on the ground network of digital TV. It includes the traffic information such as road status, construction, important event, public service and passenger variety information. It also can provide entertainment content of TV, broadcasting etc. Meanwhile, a mobile multimedia terminal with DDR (Drive Data Recorder) is presented in detail.
