Abstract
Performance evaluation of knowledge management, which is one of the most important factors of knowledge management, plays more and more crucial role in the process of the enterprise development. This paper analyzed the essence of knowledge and knowledge management, discussed the concept and characteristics of enterprise knowledge portal. On this basis, the article proposed an evaluation model of knowledge management performance based on the theory of information entropy and osculating value. Using information entropy to reduce the indices system, and then we can evaluate the performance of knowledge management with the osculating value. After empirical research, it had been proved that the model is effective and practical.
