Abstract

This text studied the problem of designing the investment environment management information system which is based on the WebGIS, The text probed into the systematic target from 6 aspects and analyzed the problem of system design form database management information system, the visualization of investment environment evaluation and management, and analyzed the constraction and function of the system and the way of realizing and the key technology.
