  • Abstract
    According to the system engineering theory, emergency-mechanism system of emergent natural disasters in highway has been constructed. In addition, its factors were qualitatively and quantitatively processed, and a multi-level recursive interpretation structure model for emergency-mechanism was established. By the model, emergency-mechanism system of Xipsilaan-Hanzhong expressway in Wenchuan earthquake has been analyzed and interrelated factors has been classified. Either longitudinal or latitudinal relation between factors is fully analyzed, and the basic importance of information and leadership is cleared. In addition, humanized service is the most important element. It could provide the scientific basis for construction of the emergency-mechanism system in highway.
