Describes the virtual enterprise life cycle theory. Builds integrated energy saving and letting out reduction management model of virtual enterprise. Studies the management of building stage, running stage, development stage and terminate stage. Points out virtual enterprise energy saving and letting out reduction management is a dynamic process running through the virtual enterprise life cycle.
