Abstract :
In the process of water resources investigation, a basin like landform in Xilinguole league in Southeastern Inner Mongolia is founded, which is embraced by the Yinshan Mountain, Yanshan Mountain and Daxingpsilaanling-Xiaoxingpsilaanling mountain. A series of large rivers originated from these mountains. Sand lands and lakes are distributed in the large basin. The large basin is discovered by field investigation and the application of ldquo3Srdquo technology. It is determined that the large basin existed in Late Pleistocene, and it was the headstream of a series of big rivers in North China.
