Abstract :
Analyzing the needs and preferences of customer is an important task of enterprise to carry out Six Sigma management. In this paper, a method which combines design of experiment method and conjoint analysis technology was proposed to get and numerically analyze the preferences of customer in the product design process of enterprise. Finally, the validity of the method was verified through a practical example.
