Abstract :
In order to detect the microcrack of metal materials, a novel double grid air counter sensor was introduced. Starting with emission mechanism of low energy, ionic motion situation in the Double Grid Air Counter (DGAC) was analyzed, secondary electron emission was discussed, interaction between ion and inner wall of the counter and its effect on the counter was put forward, and treatment simulation graphs of counter inner surface plating different metals were given. The results showed that the counter plating gold could inhibit secondary electron and work accurately.
