Abstract :
In order to study the machine quality of mass-drilling-production on line, the drilling process was divided into 7 stages according to the analysis of the force situation and the contacts between the drilling blade and the workpiece. Based on the discrete RMS analysis of signals, feature points of power signals and acoustic signals were found through data mining, and the corresponding changes range of the signals could be drawn out from power and acoustic signals to match these 7 stages at the time error of 1%. This corresponding relation is also helpful to further study the drilling mechanism in these 7 different stages.
