  • Abstract
    An efficient scheme for fractal scaleless band automatic identification is proposed, which is based curve-line-curve fitting piecewise. The G-P correlation integral algorithm and the distribution rule of the correlation integral series for vibration signal are studied. Based on the result, a new and more efficient curve-line-curve piecewise fitting scheme instead of the conventional three-line fitting scheme can help to get the more precise correlation dimension of vibration signal. Applications on some real vibration signals which were tested in different operation conditions or rotate speeds and comparison with the conventional three-line fitting scheme showed this point.
