Abstract :
The displacement of moving beam is one of key parameters for 300 MN die forging hydraulic press. Its dynamic response characteristic can affect operation control performance of hydraulic press and control precision of moving beampsilas displacement. Dynamics mechanical-hydraulic coupling model of moving beampsilas drive system and moving beampsilas displacement are established with analytical method. The simulation result agrees well with the experimental result. These results of the simulation and test show that: Fisrtly, moving beampsilas displacement is decreased gradually with the increasing load under the same open gap while distributorpsilas spool is being opened and the displacement oscillation phenomena is not occurred. Secondly, moving beampsilas displacement is increased gradually with the increasing open gap under the same load. The variation regularity of moving beampsilas displacement during the distributorpsilas spool being opened serves as the foundation for how to control the moving beampsilas displacement.
