Abstract
Physical simulation of virtual numerical control manufacture process was researched based on finite element method. Cutting force and wear model of ball-end milling cutter were established. A program which can regenerate finite element model of working piece and cutter was design by parameter language design, so that manufacture process can be simulated real-timely. This research provides technologic support for accuracy prediction technology of virtual NC.
