  • Abstract
    In China small and medium enterprises is an important component of the national economic system, and play an essential role in the development of national economy. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are different from the mature large-scale enterprises, having their own special attributes, and management focus, with its corporate strategy being not clear and fuzzy. This paper aiming at the strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises special attributes develops the decision-making tool of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) under the conditions of strategic ambiguity policy through combination with the theory of fuzzy control. The model can help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) train their own core strengths, and will enable enterprise to explore gradually clearer development strategy.
