  • Abstract
    Major ideas of collaborative optimization (CO) which are applied to complex system design are introduced. Wheel hub reducer of collaborative optimization has been studied based on reliability theory. And reliability constraint is applied to optimization design Within the optimization of systematic level of collaborative optimization, the slack variable is introduced to let the constraint of consistency equality be transformed to the constraint of non-equality, and makes easily the algorithm convergent. The results of the optimization are applied to the practical project.
