Abstract
Crosstalk is one of the greatest concerns in the design of integrated high-density circuits, especially in high frequency range, due to that it seriously leads to a wireless communication system deviating from its designed performance. In this paper, we analyze the frequency and time domain crosstalk effects between two traces as a function of their spacing and orientation. It is found that two vertical traces result in a smallest crosstalk and that the crosstalk signals are insensitive to the spacing increment between two parallel traces in the range investigated.
