Abstract :
To compare the protein spatial structure, the second-order moment are applied to analysis the proteinpsilas principal component to construct protein three dimensional unified coordinates. Under this coordinates, the proteinpsilas spatial structure are transformed by wavelet to construct protein three dimension spatial structural spectra. Further more, with a fractal analysis of the structural spectra, the three dimensional structure of different protein is compared. Experimental result shows the method is fast and efficient compared with that provided by http://cl.sdsc.edu/, and can be applied in protein structure multi-scale comparison.
