Abstract :
To improve manufacturing capability of national defense industry, the paper brings forward tools preparation problem by analyzing tools management business, and then discusses how to select appropriate tools preparation methods according to cost, time, quality and server. Further more, the key technology about manufacturing resources information integration technology based on XML, tools classification and code technology, tools marking and identifying technology and distribute numeric control technology is researched to realize tools rapid preparation. Lastly, the framework of tools rapid preparation system is studied in terms of the aerospace enterprise production feature and present information system relevant to tools.
