Abstract :
The feeder automation (FA) function is the important constitute of the distribution automation system. This paper elaborates the function about FA, the principle and the mechanism of FA function realization at normal or abnormal circulating way. And this paper emphasizes on the design project to fault locating device, insulation and recovery (FDIR) of master station and substation completed respectively at abnormal circulating way.
