Abstract
The authors establish the polynomial distribution lag model of GIC about the geomagnetic level change rate based on the geomagnetic data and GIC measuring data on the power systems. By testing, the model is reliable and the prediction result is more accurate. The research results are of great significance for the analysis of the impart of magnetic storms and the warning or prediction of the magnetic storms.
