Abstract :
This paper first expounds the meaning and theoretical basis of risk estimation and the possible deviation therein; then educes the process of risk estimation; and finally, based on the analysis on the risk factors of investment in real estate projects, establishes the multi-hierarchy evaluation indicator system and provides the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
