Abstract :
In view of the phenomenon that most of in-vehicle information systems in the market is entertainment oriented, this paper proposes a framework of in-vehicle information management which is based on after-sales service management of vehicles. We incorporate the methodology of multi-agent into designing this system. The architecture of this framework and each part are presented in details. Finally, the management of after-sales service in the automotive industry will become more intelligent and efficient, so it has a good application prospect.
