  • Abstract
We demonstrated a Fourier-domain all-fiber common-path optical coherence microscopy for 3D in vivo endoscopic subcellular imaging. Image resolution of 2 mumtimes9 mum (transverse times axial) is achieved with nucleus and cell walls clearly visualized.
