Abstract :
A 50 mm-long Mg:LiNbO3-based quasi-phase-matched adhered ridge waveguide wavelength converter records over 5000%/W SHG normalized conversion efficiency at 8 mum-wide waveguide with a low insertion loss of 4.4 dB for 1550 nm.
