Abstract :
Continuous-wave second harmonic generation in type-I phase-matched AlxGa1-xAs Bragg reflection waveguides is reported. Peak second harmonic power of 3.10 nW was measured for a pump at 1563.5 nm with an internal power of 174 muW.
