Abstract :
We report bulk-heterojunction solar cells consisting of poly [2-methoxy, 5 ethyl (2´ hexyloxy) paraphenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV) as a donor and [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) as an acceptor with improved performance after optimization of device parameters.
