Abstract :
In this work we experimentally demonstrate for the first time that input polarization control inducing one single filamentation in two different gases, argon (atomic) and nitrogen (molecular) is a very robust technique to achieve multi-millijoule output energies. We highlight an accurate filamentation dynamic control enhancing throughput energy of the supercontinuum generation above one-millijoule limit consistent with sub-10fs laser pulse generation.
