Abstract :
As mobile communication business rapidly developing, the distribution system of communication building often faces pressure to upgrade capacity. According to the system´s configuration features of the mobile communication building, the paper applies the dynamic programming methods to the charging process of the building´s batteries. Then this method could excellently release a great part of capacity to provide the power to the new communication equipment. On the basis of the battery´s charging and discharging experiments. This paper establishes the whole building´s battery charging model. Considering of the limits of communication system safety, the load of the batteries and the important grades of the battery charge, the paper uses dynamic programming ideas to get optimal recharging times of every battery. Simulation results show: through charging at the different optimal time, battery charging current drop to 25% of the original. The optimization control program provides mobile communication equipment with a fast, convenient and low cost way.
