Abstract
In this paper, we discuss the universal issues about energy management for wind/pv hybrid power system in order to improve energy efficiency. On this basis, we developed a digital controller of street lamp lighting system based on the AVR MCU. It adopts a duble-BUCK circuit to realize the coordination control between wind and solar energy. On the other hand, it can also track the maximal power point of solar battery and optimize the charge curve of lead-acid battery. Experiments suggest that it can realize energy management and control effectively for wind/PV Hybrid power system.
