Abstract :
Steering control is one of the main issues that are considered by smart model car designer. A good steering control can ensure the model car run stably at relatively high speed. This paper presents a fuzzy control method for steering control based on route identificaion using a miniature CCD camera. The experiment result shows that the smart model car can run stably on the given test raceway at a speed of 2 m/s.
