Abstract
The paper discusses the principle of digital TV and its development in China, then mainly researches the application of digital TV´s development in modern educational teaching and its coping strategies, which will widen the application area of digital TV and perfect the teaching system. In a word, it will have positive and far-reaching influence on modern education.
