Abstract
Combining Bang-Bang, fuzzy and integral control, a new hybrid controller is proposed for controlling a nonlinear, complex electro-hydraulic system with large moment of inertia of plant. Bang-Bang is adopted to reduce big error rapidly. Fuzzy and integral control enhances robustness of the controller, and eliminate steady-state-error completely. Integral coefficient is changed by a subordinate fuzzy controller online. As a result, Integral has faintly negative effect on system dynamic qualities, and eliminates steady-state-error fast. Using genetic algorithm to optimize scaling factors of main fuzzy controller offline in order to improve control performance. Finally, simulate analysis was made on MATLAB integrated plat. The result shows that the proposed controller has strong robustness, excellent dynamic and static index. It can satisfy control demand of the concerned system completely.
