Technology-Flat Research of Information Resource Amalgamation

For the sake of effectively answering public emergency (PE) and adequately utilizing all kind of resources to reduce influence of disaster, this paper presents an architecture of technology-flat of information resource amalgamation. It can amalgamate the information resources and the share the resources. Therefore, both aims of decreasing the threaten of disasters and increasing the using rate of resource is achieved.
