Abstract :
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is the system solution to manage the enterprise resource, which takes the modern management thought as the instruction, uses the information technology, reasonably plans theenterprise resources disposition. But under the network condition, ERP must enrich its function; also improve its application and management. The paper proposes the idea and the countermeasure to develop the ERP in six aspects in order to promote the competitiveness of enterprise´s China.
