Abstract

E-business in rural areas as an important aspect of new socialist countryside building, but it has not been given the due attention for a long time in Heilongjiang Province. This article, based on the analysis of the outstanding obstacles of the current development, proposes to construct the rural e-business network based on the banks of villages and towns in Heilongjiang province, make it as an entry point of the rural e-business development, accumulate experiences for the rural e-business development of underdeveloped areas, and promote national economy to develop well and rapidly.
