Abstract
In this paper, we propose an integrated optics InGaAsP/InP automatic all-power TE polarizer circuit. Detailed simulation, using three-dimensional full vectorial BPM (3D-VBPM), shows that the high index contrast material allows the design of a compact polarizer with low insertion loss of 2 dB over the C-band.
