Abstract
Trust is central to effective interactions in service-oriented computing in which service consumers select the right partners who can and will provide expected services. Available trust models lack of the analysis and reasoning on trustworthiness. This paper proposes an agent-based framework to support the trust evaluation for service selection. A trust ontology has been provided to analyze and reason the relations among trust concepts.
