Abstract
Software development, like other engineering areas, is needed to providing a measurement mechanism for supporting and collecting the relevant data and evaluating feedbacks during the software development processes. The GQM is the most popular method for software measurement in the industry; however, there is lack of the tools supported to GQM. In this paper, we will adopt the multi-agents architecture combined with web services to construct a software measurement system. This system accepts the measurement goals as input from users, and then establishes the relative metrics and GQM plan from the question in order to involve the GQM method into the software project.
