Abstract :
Wavelet has been known as a mathematical analysis. It is a tool in mathematical analyzer, the application is more focused on image features extraction and signal processing. The image features extraction using wavelet started recently especially in food industry. This paper will proposed an initial idea and improvement for the past research in image extraction and signal processing in food industry, especially in biscuits.
